LITTLE BUFFALO GOURD POT........................$30.00
This little gourd pot measures 3 1/4” tall and has a
diameter of 3 ½”. The gourd has images of buffalo burned
into it…a technique called pyrograph. A hot tool is use.
The gourd has been waxed to bring out the color.
It is decorated with buffalo wool, and a hand knapped
arrowhead replica made of chert. The beads are: glass,
wood, bone, shell & clay. The inside has been stained
with a natural black walnut hull stain. The rim of the pot
has fine lines burned around the edge. There is a pair of
buffalo on each side of the pot.
