This sterling silver sculpture replicates a small piece
of forest floor with three morel mushrooms. Each leaf,
twig, or morel mushroom is molded from a real specimen
and is actual size. Our one-of-a-kind sculpture is created
by method of lost wax casting and elements are hand soldered.
Winged elm twigs and a live oak leaves were used in the process.
The live oak tree is 1000 years old and the winged elm twigs
are from a Champion tree. The weight of sterling silver is:
.752 troy oz. (15.04 dwt.). The silver sculpture measures
2 ½’’x 1 ¾” and stands 2” tall on the cherry wood base. The foot print of
the base is 3 ½” x 3”. The silver sculpture is pegged into the
base and lifts out. This item comes gift boxed.
